According to her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson, Kim’s regular exercise routine combines cardiovascular exercise with strength training. To get the most from her workouts, Kim alternates cardio intervals with ab, upper body and lower body exercises. This keeps Kim’s heart rate up, maximizes fat loss and tones her muscles.
To keep Kim in top shape, Gunnar has Kim complete strengthening circuits at least three times each week. Her circuits consist of lunges, squats, push-ups, curls, shoulder presses, high kicks and other strengthening moves. In between these exercises, Kim will jump rope, dance or do jumping jacks to keep her body in fat-burning mode.

Barry's Bootcamp is a fitness studio that specializes in “caveman workouts.” While only members know exactly what goes on behind those doors, the workouts are said to be intense.
Complimenting the Kim Kardashian Workout Plan with a Healthy DietWhile Kim Kardashian has access to the world’s best trainers and dietitians, she is an extremely busy woman. Between her hit reality TV shows, constant public appearances and other projects, Kim is almost always on the go. So while the starlet tries to follow the Kim Kardashian workout plan, she doesn’t always have hours to spend working out.
While she is on the road, Kim keeps her weight in check by following a healthy diet. For breakfast, Kim prepares a vegetable and egg white omelet or grabs a quick protein shake. Loading up on protein in the morning does not only feed her muscles, but it helps Kim feel fuller throughout the day.
Kim’s lunches and dinners are made up of salads, fish, poultry, brown rice and vegetables. To boost her metabolism, Kim also takes QuickTrim, a potent diet pill.
