While Kim Kardashian is known for her curvaceous figure, long-time fans have probably noticed that the reality star’s waistline is constantly changing. Since she has become a megastar, the Kim Kardashian weight loss and gain has been a subject of public interest. Through the years, Kim’s weight has yo-yoed more than almost any other celebrity’s.



The History of Kim’s Weight

At 5’2.5”, Kim claims that she typically weighs between 117 to 125 pounds. While an eight pound fluctuation might not seem like much, it is a decent amount for someone of Kim’s small stature. It is also possible that Kim fluctuates even more than that, which should not come as much of a surprise considering her hectic lifestyle and stressful love life.

In 2007, after the release of a very private home video, Kim Kardashian became a household name. The public loved Kim for many different reasons. Not only was she beautiful, but she had a natural, curvaceous body that women could relate to. Before her, stick-thin Paris Hilton was commonly considered the ideal body type. Needless to say, women were ready for a change.

Two years later, in late 2009, Kim released a shocking bikini picture on Twitter. The picture depicted an impressively fit Kim wearing a pink and white striped bikini. Then, in early 2010, Kim made the cover of OK Magazine. In the interview, Kim claimed that she lost 15 pounds and went from a size six all the way to a size two. She didn’t lose her curvy figure, but she did look strong and healthy.

Unfortunately, in 2011, Kim’s hard work was ruined when she moved to New York City for Kourtney and Kim Take New York. As anyone who has visited New York City can attest to, the food can be difficult to resist. Instead of sticking to her diet plan, Kim indulged in pizza, hot dogs and other treats. As a result, she gained about 10 pounds.

Of course, before her wedding to Kris Humphries later that year, Kim worked hard lose the extra weight. According to her physical trainer Tracy Anderson, Kim worked her way into a size two wedding dress. After the wedding, Kim put a little bit of the weight back on. In fact, a scene on Kourtney and Kim Take New York shows Kris hugging Kim and then claiming that she has enjoyed a bit too much wedding cake.

She indeed looks like she's gone several diet plans already because her body keeps on shrinking then going fat again over and over. She should have consulted a good nutritionist in Long Island to help her with her weight loss program.
